The Manipal Education and Medical Group is an established leader in the field of education, research and healthcare. In a span of over seven decades, it has transformed the lives of more than 3,00,000 students from over 59 countries. The group includes five Universities - Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE, Karnataka), Sikkim Manipal University (Sikkim), American University of Antigua (Caribbean Islands), Manipal International University (Malaysia) and Manipal University Jaipur (Jaipur).

MUJ has best in-class infrastructure, including the state-of-the-art research facilities and a modern digital library. As a multi-disciplinary University, MUJ offers career- oriented courses at UG, PG and Doctoral levels, across diverse streams. Currently more than 14000 students are enrolled across all programs. A well-qualified team of 700 faculty members is the asset of the University. Directorate of International and Collaborations (DoIC) is headed by a team of dedicated staff and supported by the advisory council with a group of faculty and administrators representing key academic units are functional under this office. DoIC is established to promote internationalization and partnerships with international institutes is functional for collaboration with institutes globally for student and faculty exchange, semester abroad program, student mobility, higher education opportunities and signing of MoUs with local and global educational and research Institutes. Also supports local student chapter of The International Association for the Exchange of Students for Technical Experience (IAESTE) team also takes care and all International activities, projects, funding, mobility (short, long) and Summer and Winter Schools.
